We are looking for a Head chef to take over our Cafe/ bar in an office building of around 2500 people in London W14.

It's breakfast and lunch mainly for the occupiers of the building who operate in the TV and film world.  There is a fantastic kitchen with all the kit in it and you will be taking over from a very accomplished chef who is leaving to open up his own restaurant.  There is one very capable kitchen assistant who has been there for a year or so.  The supply chain is all set up.
The kitchen is not used at weekends  so you could use it for an outside catering business if you wish.

Salary £23,000 per annum plus profit share.  Closed all bank holidays and at Christmas for a week.
