SPUNTINO is a Prohibition-style speakeasy cocktail bar inspired by Downtown New York, serving boozy cocktails and American comfort food. We are located in the heart of Soho's red-light district and are part of the POLPO group of restaurants.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef. You will be managing a small, close-knit team and report directly to our Group Head Chef.

The Ideal SPUNTINO Person:

• Loves food, drinks, restaurants and people.
• Has previous experience in a similar role. Some knowledge of American cuisine is ideal.
• Enjoys managing, supporting and developing a close-knit team.
• Speaks great English
• Valid right to work in the UK is essential.
