Head Chef - Iconic Theatre and All Day Cafe, 40 Hours Pw - London GBP28-30kThis position could suit a Sous chef or current Head Chef Our client is seeking a capable and friendly head chef to work in this iconic Theatre based in South London You will be hands on and responsible for organising a small kitchen team in an open plan kitchen that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner until 7.30pm where they serve pre theatre Food is all fresh and tasty and the short menu includes sharing boards of charcuterie, light and healthy, simple main course and salad dishes along with bar snacks and sandwiches The menu is refreshed every 6 weeks but retains some of the more popular dishes and the Theatre is closed on Sundays and you will work 5 out of 7 days and 40 hours per weekAs head chef you must have a stable career background working with fresh food and full knowledge of food costings, menu writing, H and S and compliance with relevant industry qualifications This is a great role with good hours, no late nights (out by 8pm), every Sunday off plus another day, fun team plus other work related benefits and discounts.
