Head Chef - Popular All Day Dining Restaurant M-F - City, London GBP35k OTEOur client is seeking a stable head chef or strong Sous Chef for this very popular all day dining restaurant and bar based in the City and open Monday to Friday The restaurant is part of a very successful brand that is still expanding. Each restaurant has its own identity and menu that comes from the group Executive chef Although the core menu is already written you will have creativity over daily specials so they are seeking a head chef that's comfortable with following the brand menu but creating the specials You will have experience of managing teams of up to 10 chefs, with weekly food turnover of 10k per week and with career stability The head chef is responsible for all ordering, costings and H and S compliance plus ongoing staff training.
