A bespoke opportunity has arisen for a Head Bartender who will be based at our new restaurant in Tooley Street, London Bridge.The ideal candidate will have:

A proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast paced environment.
The ability to develop our cocktail and drinks menu.
Create a centre of excellence around the bar.
Work closely with the COO to train new and existing staff.
Have a track record of development
Presentable and personable
Have a passion for food and drink
Sound knowledge of spirits, wines and Beers.
Knowledge of costings and General Practitioner calculations.
Build strong relationships with suppliers in the wet led market - experience in product selection and retro deals also.
Able to travel and work flexible hours as will need to be available to train at new openings.
