We are looking for a dedicated and professional bar person to join our team at our busy restaurant in the City. Ideally we are looking for a bright and charismatic individual to be able to charm our guests and impress them with your knowledge and skill.
experience in a similar venue is essential for this position as you will be in full control of the bar, including stock taking and ordering for the restaurant. Ability to make and create flavoursome alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks upon request, including classic cocktails and other cocktails from our in house menu.

A strong command of the English language is necessary for this customer facing role.

•Ability to deliver bar orders on time with the correct presentation.
•Prepare alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks.
•Knowledge and experience of preparing cocktails.
•Answer customer’s questions, make them feel welcome, and build on-going relationships.
•Ensure all alcohol spirits are served using a measure.
•Perform cleaning duties for the bar area.
•Carry out stock takes and ordering of stock.
•A can do attitude and ability to work well with waiting staff and occasionally help out on the floor.
•Strong command of the English Language

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
