We are a London based event management company.
We have a busy run of private events around London and the south-east this spring/ summer and desire a Head Barman, to work on a freelance basis, who will ensure a consistently professional drink service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Advising on stock quantities pre-event
- Setting up well organised working areas, ensuring it remains so through the duration of each event.
- Delegating tasks to a team of agency staff.
- Taking an inventory of stock immediately before and after each event.
- Ensure stock is safely and systematically packed away after each event and ready to be taken off-site.
- Ensure that all bar surfaces and utensils are cleaned.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Multiple years experience tending and managing bars or have a hospitality background.
- A driver's license and access to a car
- A convivial and enthusiastic persona.

Your charge rate will be £140 per 8 hour shift (minimum call) with additional hours charged at £15 per hour.
Payment will be made upon receipt of your invoice (terms: within two weeks).
