This is a unique opportunity; in most places you can’t punch your boss at work, here at RFC when we train together you get to do exactly that!
RFC loves an individual that brings a good vibe and energy into the gym. So if you’re flexible with hours, reliable and have a good sense of humour we’d love to get you in for an interview. We are looking for someone to have 1-2 permanent shifts per week but need flexibility and this can mean additional shifts, particular over the December and January period.
Responsibilities include:
• Membership sales. This means being able to explain our gym and why its so great
• Communicating with potential clients
• Keeping the gym clean and tidy
Essential skills
• Organisational skills, follow simple systems and not make the same mistake twice
• Great communication skills
• An interest in martial arts is preferable
• experience is not essential, but a passion for fitness and a great work ethic is essential
