We are currently recruiting a part time receptionist to join our team at Park View Health Clubs. As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact upon guest arrival and therefore will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our members. The successful candidate will be confident in handling enquiries as well as instinctively recognise the needs of our members.We are ideally looking for a Receptionist who :Has previous experience in a Receptionist role of a gym or similar environment.Has a genuine passion for creating an excellent customer experience.Has the ability to multi task and effectively react to changing member needs.Has a natural presence and confidently interact with members both face to face and on the telephone.Is immaculately presented. Duties include :Signing up new gym members, processing membership renewals and resolving payment issues. Handling phone enquiries. Making protein shakes and fresh smoothies for members.
