We're a 2 year old Vietnamese Barbeque restaurant in the Kings Cross/Camden area that is looking for a CDP level chef on the grill and Fryer.
The ideal candidate:
- Works well under pressure
- Experienced on a coal BBQ and commercial kitchen.
- Eye for detail
- Understand health and hygiene policies and regulations.
The Job:
- Full time (45-50 hrs per week)

- Day shift is 10am-5pm; night shift is 4pm-11pm (11:30pm on Fridays or busy days)
