An experienced Sous / Grill chef is required for an award winning East End steak and burger restaurant. Reporting to the head chef, manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, ordering and stocking and taking charge of the kitchen in the head chef's absence. Must be reliable and enthusiastic and have proven working knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
