General Manager (Restaurant) £40,000Corus Consultancy is looking for a General Manager for our client in Central London. This is a permanent position within a restaurant and has a requirement to start working with this popular and vibrant restaurant / Bar immediately. What you will be doing Our client is looking for the next generation of General Manager; a passionate and talented individual to lead their energetic location. Our client serves fresh, seasonal produce, alongside their coffee roasted by them in London and a cocktail menu of classics.As General Manager you will be able to demonstrate a good all around approach to running a fast paced restaurant. Ideally our client is looking for someone who can keep their cool, develop their team around them and, most importantly, make sure the customers and team have fun!Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this role will be managing a team of up to 30 staff and overseeing the service of coffee and brunch by day, then cocktails and a busy dinner service by night. My client will expect the usual stuff; being able to run a great restaurant in style and bring in your P and L.
