The successful General Manager has to have real presence in every aspect of the business with a strong hands on approach with customers and the team.The successful General Manager will have solid financials with experience in having P and L accountability and a track record of great top to bottom line conversion. Most important this company is all about working with fresh food and extremely high standards. It is by far the market leaders in their quality of product within their sector.
