The responcibilies include the overall governance of the day to day activities of the restaurant
Some of the activities include:
> Staff Management, Rota, Payroll and forecasting
> Ordering, purchasing and cost calculations
> Hygiene up keeping - Ensuring 5-star rating is achieved and maintained
> Customer feedback and relation management
> Accounts and bookkeeping organised for the finance team
