We, at Pitfield, are looking for a dynamic General Manager who can join our already established team. All applicants must have a minimum of 1 years experience within this role.
You need to be presentable at all times as you are representing our brand, be a team player, have great communication skills and have a good understanding of English. You must be passionate about delivering impeccable customer service.
Roles include overall Management of Cafe and Shop, ordering, stock control, competitor analysis, procurement, overseeing the kitchen, menu creation, barista experience, understanding and producing weekly P and L.
Opening hours are 7am-7pm on the week and 9-7pm on weekend and your contract is 47 hours/week.
