The Dynamo
We have an opportunity for you to become the General Manager in our new cafe and pizza restaurant that is loved by both locals as well as cycling enthusiasts based in South West London.
Born out of a love for cycling, good coffee and great food, The Dynamo is a cycle café with a difference.
Offering a space for cyclists and non-cyclists alike, we aim to serve the South West London community with unique food sourced with integrity from the best suppliers. We open early with awesome breakfasts for local residents and passing hungry cyclists, serving wonderful Allpress coffees and a fresh juice bar. Our beautiful bespoke Dynamo wood-fired oven then turns out sourdough pizzas from lunch until late into the evening, accompanied by a fantastic selection of small plates, salads and craft Beers. Put this together with wicked tunes, great fun and most importantly, ensuring everyone who comes into the restaurant has the best experience possible and you’ve got The Dynamo.
Successful candidates will have the following.
- Previous experience as a manager in a busy independent or chain restaurant
- The ability to deal with challenges on the spot
- A real passion for great food, service and cycling!
- An ability to lead the team to deliver a great experience that makes the customers coming back again and again
We are a small business looking to grow so can offer plenty of opportunities for the future.
Full training will be given. We will pay a competitive salary for the right person.
