As the General Manager of Shilling Brewing Company, you’ll be responsible for creating a vibrant and authentic Brew pub experience in the heart of Glasgow.  You will achieve this through ensuring consistently excellent Beers are brewed onsite and leading the brewing team in developing innovative and experiential craft Beers.  We are seeking a passionate General Manager who will immerse themselves in Glasgow’s exciting craft beer scene, a GM who can take the lead in developing a strong and respected brand within the market.
