General Manager - Ask For Janice, Farringdon - Up to £35,000 + bonus and benefits.

Ask For Janice is an all day bar and restaurant located opposite the historic Smithfield Meat Market in Farringdon, EC1.  Open 6 days a week, we serve breakfast, lunch, small plates in the evening and a brilliant range of Gins, house cocktails, natural wines and local Beers. We're looking for an ambitious, team focused,  charismatic GM to take over the venue and help us drive it to the next stage of success.

About you:

You’re positive, you care, you’re self-motivated and you want to be part of a winning team.
You have around 5 years experience at General Management level in a busy, high volume venue.
You live and breathe great food, creative drinks and relaxed, knowledgeable service.
You are confident being fully accountable for a business with total ownership of P and L.
You are driven to develop professionally and help Ask For Janice and ULG grow.
