General Manager Required in London

Burrito Cafe is one of the best Mexican Burrito Bars in London. Situated in Kings Cross we are open from 11am to late every night. Serving beautiful honey pulled pork, barbacoa beef and chipolte chicken.
Having opened our doors in 2012, we've got a super base of regular customers and attract lots of order locally from our online partners.
We're looking for a General Manager to take over this small but very busy unit.
The role of the General Manager is:

Full responsibility for the site
Responsible for local and in-store and web marketing.
Uniforms, Greetings, Menu's. We are looking for a GM to take over that is passionate and will treat the business as their own.
Responsible for recruitment, training and selection of the team.
Responsible for menu development, and driving the business forward.
