The Portland Arms – South East London, Greater London.
Cityglen pub co – £25,000 – £30,000 a year.
The ideal candidate will either have several years of managing experience working under a GM ready for the next step or a few years of managing experience as a GM looking for a new challenge.

Cityglen Pub Co is a multiple pub operator based in SE London with a mixture of wet only pubs and pubs with food. We are expanding and are looking for a General Manager to join us.
The Role
We are looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial General Manager with experience of working within busy wet/food sites. experience of the following is essential:

Recruiting, training and managing your team.
Ensuring guests are cared for to the highest standards by providing excellent customer experiences.
Working towards and achieving business targets and KPIs.
Dedicating time to develop your team
