Part of Parched LTD a small, independent pub company, the Trinity is a well-established Boozer offering good food, local Beers and great cocktails in an fantastic setting.
The Role
Your priority will be running a highly efficient shift with a strong focus on speed and quality of service. You will be responsible for running the bar, training new staff to meet our high standards and making sure these are adhered to. You will also manage with aspects of back of house administration, including stock control, ordering, cashing up /payroll and leading weekly team meetings. A true foodie, you will work with the Head Chef to create fantastic, seasonal menus, costing them knowledgably. This is the perfect role for an experienced GM or Senior Bar Manager, looking to work for a small, friendly and quality focused pub group.
Required Skills and experience:
- Minimum two years experience within a management role in hospitality (Ideally a Pub or Bar)
- Proven track record of increasing footfall to a venue or business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to critically analyse situations
- Strong financial understanding (P and L, GPs, Labour etc)
- A passion for hospitality
Preferable:
- Cellar experience
- Social media savvy
- Knowledge of the local area and hospitality scene
