Our client is a high end landscape company providing domestic landscaping and gardening services throughout west London and surrounding areas. They have dedicated maintenance teams offering a full range of garden and landscape maintenance services. They offer a fully bespoke maintenance service to cater for their clients’ specific requirements.
The Job:
Our client seeks an Experienced Team Leader with knowledge of maintaining high-end gardens to join an established gardening team. Candidates will take responsibility for the team and in achieving very high standards of maintenance to ensure that the gardens are beautifully presented.
Key Duties:
• Liaise with clients and suppliers
• Lawn maintenance
• Changing window displays
• Weeding, mulching and Planting
• Pruning and hedge cutting
• Watering and management of watering systems
• Pest control
• Maintenance of gardening equipment
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, well organised and work well within a team environment. Good communication skills are required. The candidate must take a proactive and flexible approach to their work. Candidates will need to have similar previous experience and a relevant horticultural qualification as well as comprehensive plant knowledge.
Spraying certificates would be desirable and experience in using and maintaining garden machinery will be essential. A full, clean driving licence will be essential.
The hours of work will be 7am-4pm, with 28 days holiday.
