The Queen’s Head a lovely pub in Brixton is currently looking for a Full Time Commis Chef/Junior Chef de Partie
What we can offer-

- 40-45 hours per week on average.
What we are looking for-
-Someone with a genuine passion for food, and looking to progress in the hospitality industry
-experience as a Kitchen Porter or Commis Chef for at least 6 months.
-Exceptional eye for detail/very high standards.
-Looking to take on more responsibility, as well as prep you will be learning to cover certain sections/running the pass.
- Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
