The Railway is looking for a Full Time Barista to join the team. Sitting aside our lovely pub, the Tearoom where the baristas spend most of their time, is open daytimes only, serving lovely coffee, tea, cakes and pretty much the best brunch in Streatham.
We are looking for a great barista to take our coffee to the next level, with consistently strong drinks going out non stop (latte art as standard). We use Volcano coffee, and receive regular training from them.
What we are looking for-
- At least 1 years experience in an independent/specialist coffee shop
- Latte Art skills
- Confident with Grinder adjustment
- Excellent Cash handling skills
- Fluent English
- Right to work in the UK.
- Friendly, Smiley and a "self starter", the barista is often looking after the tea room alone, so needs to be able to work without constant instruction, and take ownership of the space.
What we can offer-
-£8.00-8.50ph depending on experience plus tips, staff food etc.
