We are seeking experienced full or part time baristas for our restaurant in Wimbledon.
Brew Cafe is founded on the principles of the Melbourne dining scene and it enjoys a relaxed informal atmosphere during the day and transforms into a more brasserie offering at night with truly world class food.
We are all about fresh produce that is ethically sourced and served in a welcoming environment. Our in-house gardener grows our own herbs fresh in each store. Our butcher produces our bacon, ham, chorizo and all aged meats in house. We even have our own bakery and patisserie where we make all our own bread, cakes and biscuits.
We already have 6 restaurants in south west London that are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and our company is rapidly growing and opening 20 new restaurants in the next 2 years.

Working hours will be organised on a Rota basis, we are open 7 days and 5 nights per week.

The ideal candidate must not only be passionate about coffee and an expert barista but also have relevant experience in working in high volume restaurants and cafes.

Key skills and personal attributes required:
- Excellent barista and latte art skills, flair and passion for coffee
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Customer focus and an eye for detail
- Personal organisation, enthusiasm with an ambitious attitude
- Ability to maintain standards as well as speed of service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation and serving of hot and cold drinks
- Providing consistently high quality
- Working alongside the team to ensure all products are served in line with Brand Standards
- Deliver exceptional coffee
experience and Qualification:
Extensive experience as a fully trained barista
Development:
Alongside the growth of the group in general and the opening of multiple restaurants we are also installing a coffee roastery at a next site in Richmond.
Your schedule will be determined by the needs of the individual restaurants that you will be working in.
