Brother Marcus is a Restaurant/Cafe based in Balham and we have been open for almost 2 years.
Our focus is: coffee, brunch and good service.
Our coffee comes from Caravan, we use a Marzocco Linea 2 group and a Fiorenzato grinder.
Our food is all responsibly and locally sourced. We take great care in the taste and presentation to make sure our reputation as one of the best brunch spots in London is maintained.
We also think that good service is key, keeping the customer looked after from the moment they enter to the moment they leave.

What we are looking:
-Foh experience (at least 2 years)
- Barsita experience (1 year)
Someone who is:
- Energetic
- Friendly
- Hardworking
- Committed and focused
- Someone with hobbies and other interests.
- Someone with good chat (our regulars are very chatty!)

We can offer:
- £8-9Ph
-30-40 Hours PW
-Cash tips, at least £1 per hour
