Jimmy and the Bee is an independent coffee shop located in the heart of Clerkenwell (between Angel and Barbican station).
We offer home made lunches and healthy breakfast. From coffee to salad and cakes, everything is prepared with care, love and attention.
We love our neighborhood and we received the London Time Out Love Award 2021, of which we take great pride.
We are looking for a full time barista/all rounder that thrives to make great coffee and is not afraid to learn and get his/hers hands dirty by making quiche doughs and cakes.
We use LaMarzocco Linea and have 2 on demand Mazzer grinders and serve Alchemy beans. We also serve filter V60.
The right candidate will:
- Have experience in dialling on demand grinders.
- Be able to do some latte art
- Have love for good food and interest in cooking.
- Have excellent customer service
- Have sense of humour and work ethic :)
We offer coffee training, so if you are eager to progress your career as barista. This is the place!
