experience as a barista is preferred, but most importantly we are looking for someone with a happy demeanour, who enjoys being around people. We are a family run, local business and we have a lot of regular customers. We're so proud of the warm, welcoming, friendly environment we have created and we are excited about working with people who can add to this warm atmosphere.
We are looking for candidates that:
Have an interest in coffee and latte art
Have an excellent rapport with customers and co-workers
Must be friendly and Smiley!
Must be enthusiastic and have a good attitude
Must be able to take initiative and also take orders well
Must speak good English
Must be prepared to clean and do small amount of kitchen work
This is a great opportunity for someone who is starting out as a barista or in the coffee shop industry.
Position is full time, 40 hours per week. Available to start next week.
Pay starts at £7.50. We are not a big chain, and we do not have the same money or resources that they have. We are a small, dedicated team, who look after each other and create a very happy, fun work environment.
