Reporting to the Enfield transport managers, you will be a key member of the delivery team with a direct responsibility for:- Delivering excellent customer service as a 2-man delivery team- Complying with health and safety regulations and road traffic law and legislation- Completing a variety of in-home installations and product assembly- Taking care of product to ensure customers receive their goods undamaged- Looking after our vehicles to prevent Bumps, scrapes and dents- Resolving any customer issues by finding creative solutionsIf you are interested in joining their delivery team then you've made the right decision, however they do need to ensure that you have the following:- A valid 7.5T driving licence and CPC- Previous experience driving a commercial vehicle- Excellent customer service skills- The ability and attitude to work flexibly within a team environmentAs part of the delivery team, you should strive to be a brand ambassador, commercially aware and continuously look to perfect their Final Mile journey.Due to expansion, they currently have core service roles and platinum services roles available therefore you can look forward to a secure and rewarding future with opportunity to learn and develop.Our client actively promotes equal opportunities and dignity at work.NB: Please note that all offers of employment are subject to a satisfactory criminal record check.
