The right candidate will:
- have previous restaurant/bar experience
- work well within a team as well as independently
- be able to remain calm under pressure
- have a friendly attitude
- be able to work some evenings and weekends / some positions just day time
- be able to work between 30 and 40 hours per week
- live locally because of shift pattern
