As the Head Chef you’ll recruit, train and develop your team in delivering consistent high quality cuisine for all hospitality, including conferencing, banqueting and corporate events. With our great tasting seasonal menus, you’ll ensure the overall delivery is second to none with the best of British produce. This isn’t just another job, as you’ll be ‘heading up’ the delivery at one of the most prestigious law firms in London.
Other key responsibilities include:
• Engineering of menus and food innovation
• Manage all aspects of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
• Previous experience of working within a fast paced Hospitality role
• A strong team player
