A prestigious Law Firm are seeking an experienced Team Leader/ Reception Manager to join their team.
Hours: 1400 hrs – 2200 hrs,
(40 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday)
Salary: £30,000
Responsibilities and Duties:
Motivate and manage the team
Meeting and greeting clients/guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
Answering the telephone in a bright and helpful manner and assisting with all requests, as required.
Preparing visitor badges and ensuring efficient registration process for all visitors.
Create, amend and cancel meeting room reservations via a hospitality system; these may include video conferencing and audio-visual requirements.
Data entry via a hospitably system, such as attendee lists/dietary requirements.
Reconfirm meeting requirements to PA’s the day prior to a meeting, ensuring all details are correct.
Check meeting rooms and reception on a regular basis to ensure areas are tidy and equipment is working correctly.
Liaise with other service teams to ensure quick turnaround of meetings.
Reporting maintenance, cleaning and engineering faults via a task management system.
Assist in the business centre, as required, e.g. Printing and formatting documents.
To work across four reception areas within the building.
Preparation and submission of reception reports including statistics.
Ad-hoc assistance to members of the reception team as and when required.
