Front of House Team Leader – immediate start for training
Good Vibes are boutique fitness and wellbeing studios in central London.
We pride ourselves of having a team of expert trainers and teachers who deliver dynamic group classes in a vibrant and friendly environment with a Slick and affable front of house team.
We are currently looking for an energetic and positive person to join the Good Vibes team in the role of Front of House Team Lead. You must enjoy providing face to face customer service and have the skills to make great sales. You are a natural multi Tasker, able to prioritise, and cope under pressure during busy periods and be someone who takes initiative to get things done. You inspire your team to excellence and to provide a warm and professional front of house service.
The role is Monday to Friday at these times:
Monday 6.45am – 3pm
Tuesday 9.30am – 6pm
Wednesday 6.45am – 3pm
Thursday 6.45am – 3pm
Friday 11.45pm – 7.45pm
This role offers a good hourly rate plus a sales incentivised bonus scheme and free classes.
You will be reporting directly to the Founder and Director.
Although predominantly based at the Fitzrovia studio you will spend a day off the desk at the Covent Garden studio.
Responsibilities
• Ensure your shift team have a current knowledge of Good Vibes services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as special events
• Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work
• Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program
• Manage client bookings and requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
• Maintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and best service
• Weekly and Monthly reports including KPI’s
• Leading monthly team meetings
• FOH co-ordination including Rota, holiday management
• FOH Staff training
• Managing and ordering retail products
• Implementing the health and safety procedures
• Supporting the office team as and when required
Prerequisites
• Front Office experience in the leisure or hotel sector
• Strong commercial awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities
• Calm, organised work ethic with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Excellent supervisory, inter-personal, and communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of client service
• People management and staff training experience
experience of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Knowledge of MindBodyOnline is an advantage but not essential.
