We are looking for a versatile, hard working individual to join our team. Being part of a small company means going the extra mile day in and day out. The massive upside of this is that we are growing and for the right person there could be the opportunity to grow with us. You do however have to be hands on, and able to make a plan.
*We are in the hospitality industry and weekend work will be required.
Serviced apartment provider with a growing amount of units around London. We are a hospitality company and making sure that all guests staying with us are happy is really the number 1 priority. Below is a non-exhaustive list of tasks - this would be ideal for someone who isn't afraid of trying new things, and who likes meeting people from all over the world.
•Check cleaning schedule to make sure our contractors have not missed anything (they do the schedule themselves using our booking engine)
•Check linen schedule to make sure amounts for following week are correct.
•Inspect cleaned apartments - if you see something that has been missed I would expect you to correct it and then follow up with the cleaning company afterwards.
•Make sure there are enough toiletries/ teas and coffees in stock (everything kept at their offices)
•Make notes of appliance models of new apartments and find manuals online (used for our guest handbooks)
•Help improve our online apartment guides.
•Communicate with guests and deal with requests - e.g. Pick up a missing apartment item from Argos.
• Meet and great arriving guest at an apartment and making sure that excellent customer service is maintained (some of these will be out of hours which you would be paid for at an overtime rate).
•Contacting one of our handymen to deal with a maintenance problem.
