This is your opportunity to join an award winning hotel and team!The RoleAs part of the Food and Beverage team you will report to the F and B Supervisor and your responsibilities will include:- Meet and greet guests in a courteous and personable manner- Provide exceptional service to guests by demonstrating full knowledge of products, services and facilities- Ensure that the restaurant, meeting/conference rooms, bar and lounge areas are fully set up and presentable to welcome customers at all times- Serve guests, preparing drinks and delivering trays to the designated seat/room in a highly courteous manner to the required standard- Take initiative in accommodating customers' needs in a resourceful manner The Person For the role of Food and Beverage Assistant you will ideally have:- Fully flexible rotating roster throughout the week- A passion for people, food and drinks- A strong sense of professionalism and self-motivation- A good command of English is essential Hours and RewardsAs a Food and Beverage Assistant, there is a salary on offer of GBP7.50 per hour plus service charges and gratuities.
