The Role
You will be working within our Food and Beverage Departments either in Breakfast service, Room Service or in the Bar. As part of your duties you will be responsible for consistently achieving the service standards and product delivery with a high degree of customer care and service at all times, and in line with the Park Plaza standards. You will have strong knowledge and some previous experience working in a service focused operational department. This role is on an hourly contract and requires flexibility in terms of shifts.
You
With previous experience gained in hotel or restaurant operations where you will demonstrate effective organisational skills and the ability to use initiative. You will be creative, passionate and motivated to impress, with a positive and progressive outlook.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in same or similar role, ideally within a prestigious establishment, or four / five star environment. You will also have excellent communication skills, and strong customer service focus.
