We are looking for a Food and Beverage F and B Assistant to join our team with ideally 1 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector.
Our ideal Food and Beverage F and B Assistant will (be):

Responsible for managing the inventory management and F and B costings of the group. Taking procurement and receiving inventory.
Ensure all stock record systems are accurate and up to date. Maintaining records of purchases.
Responsible for ensuring all weekly inventory stock takes are carried out.
Audit requisitions and issues of all outlets and highlight any inaccuracies.
Ensure all transfers within the business are processed speedily, accurately and ready for rapid percentage computation.
Implementing and managing changes in the menus and recipe cards. Responsible for creating and editing menus items and ingredients lists.
Ensuring all menus are costed regularly.
Identifying, reporting and solving any variances that occur.
Submit weekly and monthly reports on the restaurant group’s costings. Identifying reasons and providing advise whereby relevant.
Championing the software (POS, inventory management, scheduling, reservation) that are being utilised by the restaurant group.
Overseeing the training of these software to site staff members in preparations to openings and operations.
Computer literate and proficient including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
Possess a ‘Hands On’ proactive approach to work and have excellent attention to detail.
Able to work in a team as well as on your own to cope with tasks with tight deadlines.
Strong professional communication and organisation skills.

We already have seven restaurants in South West London, that are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and our company is rapidly growing and opening 15 new restaurants in the next 2 years.
