We are looking for Supervisor / Floor Manager experienced waiting staff to join our team
min 45 hr a week.
- Leading, managing and developing a dedicated front of house team. Working closely with the GM
Developing standards to achieve an outstanding customer experience, striving for 100% satisfaction at all time
- Reinforcing Galley’s brand values, sharing skills and knowledge across the business
- Active involvement in the day-to-day marketing and organisation of promotions
- Monitoring daily sales activity against budgets and seeking ways to maximize sales through optimal daily operations. -experience of running your own site independly
- A hard-working individual who is a natural leader and team player, with a hands on approach
- At least 3 years’ experience within a restaurant management role
- A genuine passion for great food, wine and customer service - An excellent command of spoken English
- A naturally outgoing person with a positive, can-do approach and exceptional attention to detail - Strong organisation, communication and administrative skills
