Floor Manager / Supervisor position available in a newly established French Creperie in Covent Garden.

The candidate will be working reporting directly to the owner and director of the company.
The candidate will be required to perform floor duties, as well as staff management, stock management, rotas handling customer questions and organizing of private functions.
It will be expected from the candidate that he/she carries out any operational tasks needed for the proper functionning of the restaurant. The candidate will show professional, responsible and autonomous behaviors as to make sure that the business is operating smoothly and is properly maintained.
Candidates will need to be professional, have good communication and management skills, be proficient in operational hospitality duties, understand the requirements of running a business and have a can-do mindset.
Ideally candidates have had previous experience with similar responsibilities.
French-speaking candidates preferred.
