A vacancy now exists for a part time manager to work within our small finance team.
The Job:
Duties include managing payroll for 2 companies. (25 employees - some are commission based).
Managing auto-enrolment pension scheme.
Filing P11D.
Bank and credit card reconciliation.
Intercompany reconciliation.
Filing Companies House confirmation statement.
Filing VAT, VAT MOSS, EC Sales list quarterly/monthly.
Finalising accounts till Trial Balance stage to be given to auditors annually.
Support the finance team in raising sales invoices, taking credit card payments, recording purchase invoices as required.
We can be flexible with the hours to suit the candidate.
There is a handover.
The Person:
We are looking for experience in Sage and IRIS payroll, AAT, ACCA, Cima- or equivalent accounting accreditation- would be preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office 365 would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will also be flexible in their approach, professional and very much a team player.
