Experienced Pastry Chef required for boutique patisserie starting to build a reputation in West London
- 5 years experience
- French style cakes and viennoiseries (croissants, brioches, danishes)
- Celebration and Wedding cakes
- Cake decoration and design
- Manage regular weekly production Rota and online orders at up to 48 hours notice
- Working with operations manager to check general ingredient stock
- Working with commercial manager to review range and introduce new designs
- Maintain strict health, safety and food safety standards
- Ensuring kitchen is clean and tidy at all times (supported by KP for deep cleaning)
