We are a busy gardening company working in Central London, caring for our clients' private gardens. Due to the increased level of existing and new business, we are looking for additional gardeners to join us for the season and beyond. The position is full-time Monday to Friday with good long-term prospects and salary for the right person.
We are looking for a knowledgeable gardener to join our skilled workforce. Applicants should be skilled gardeners and love what they do. Must be efficient and well organised. A personable manner is key, as well as experience and a good horticultural set. We are not a 'mow and blow' company and we pride ourselves on developing our clients' gardens, many of whom have been with us for 10 years +.
You must have 2-3 years gardening experience in a similar role and you'll need excellent plant knowledge. You will need working knowledge of all aspects of garden maintenance to include:
Plant-care and planting
Pruning
Pest control (PA1 and PA6 certificates a bonus)
Irrigation
Lawn work
You must have a clean driving licence, be 25 or over for insurance purposes and be comfortable driving in central London.
We are looking for someone with a positive 'can-do' attitude plus pride in their work. You will be working with skilled gardeners who will happily share their knowledge and experience with you.
