We are an established garden company is looking to take on two full time staff due to an increase in contract work.
We work mostly in north and central London. We work mostly for managing agents of large high end communal properties.
At least two years’ experience is desirable but we will consider candidates with one year’s experience.
A driving license is essential. We have small, medium and large vans. A fuel card is supplied for those who take vans home.
A basic health and safety qualification such as CSCS is necessary but this can be attained in the first months.
An understanding of the basic principles of lawn care and plant pruning is important but training is also provided.
Our hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The rate of pay in £10.10 per hour gross.  Payments are monthly but weekly can be negotiated.
The yearly salary is £23,500.
There is a staged approach to holiday starting from day one.
Pension contributions are made to NEST, a government affiliated scheme.
We are looking for bright, hardworking individuals who can work as a team member and by themselves when it is required.
We are looking to train individuals to become part of a strong working team.
