We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in our busy kitchen based in the fields Bar and Kitchen. The restaurant serves simple fresh food cooked to order, wood fired oven pizza.
All our ingredients are seasonal and delivered by local suppliers.
As Chef de partie with experience in a la Carte and catering. You will have the ability to lead the section and control the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Sous/Head Chef.
