An amazing opportunity has come up for a Chef De Partie in our busy fresh food concept in Balham!
We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team in The Exhibit, SW12 9SG. The Exhibit is a large 3 floor bar, restaurant, cinema, garden and event space.
You will be a strong team player, with high volume fresh food experience, confident on running all sections of the kitchen, be able to take control of the pass, organise and run kitchen service should it be required in the head chef's absence.
You will be responsible for all aspects of food safety, health and safety, and due diligence, as well as training junior CDPs and Commis working with you.
As an independent venue, you will also have input into menu creation with the head chef.
