Steam Wine Bar and Restaurant is independently owned and managed and has been operating in the City for 12 years. We require an experienced Chef De Partie who is looking for a little bit more responsibility to join our small but vibrant kitchen brigade. The position is from Monday to Friday.
Our Lunch service is very swift and our evenings consist of many different styles of events including dinners with Sporting Speakers.
You must have an excellent command of English and be able to adapt to the fast pace that is our lunch service. Function experience is a bonus but not essential. Your main responsibility along with the Head Chef during service will be to manage the pass so you must be able to cope with pressure. In the absence of the Head Chef you will assume responsibility of the kitchen.
Interviews will take place initially followed by a trial shift with a view to starting as soon as possible.

We offer:
Minimum 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
£9.50 Per Hour for first two months rising to £10.00 Per Hour after this period.
