Independent Italian restaurant looking for experienced chef or assistant to the chef who is happy to take on responsibility given training. Must have passion for Italian food and seasonal products in accordance with a frequently changing menu.
Salary depends on experience but is very competitive.
Hours are 45-50 per week and the shifts are mainly evenings plus doubles at weekends with 2 days off per week flexible.
