Our restaurant is focused around Italian/Mediterranean food.
This restaurant is very busy, so it is essential that the successful applicant have experience as Chef de Partie of working to high quality.
The ideal candidate will come from a previous restaurant background, with knowledge of fresh products, home made pasta and relevant experience as a Chef de Partie.
You will be liaising with the Head Chef and getting involved in all back of house areas of the business, helping to create daily specials.
