Experienced chef
We are an open-kitchen casual restaurant with serving the best pancakes in London, as rated by Conde Nast and Time Out. Opening hours 7 days a week, 3 evenings only, no late nights.
The main purpose of the Chef is to  be an integral part of a small kitchen team in an efficiently organised, fast-paced, clean, smooth running kitchen.
Role outline
•          Work across all sections of the small kitchen: pass, prep, bake/griddle
, kitchen porter.
•          Support the kitchen manager and rest of the team on all aspects of running the kitchen.
•          Making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is always 100% perfect.
•          Ensure the kitchen is well organised, clean and efficient.
•          Compliant with H and S requirement and systems.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
•          Passionate about good simple food, cooked to perfection.
•          experience across various roles in a fast paced kitchen.
•          Can prioritise demands and manage workload efficiently.
•          Methodical and organised
•          Effective communication skills.
•          Good English

Package / terms
Hourly rate: £10 - £11 per hour depending on experience.
