We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team at our award winning restaurant in London Bridge. • Follow procedures, protocols and processes set by the company
• Work across all stations and take pride in all aspects of the job
• Communicate efficiently with the Kitchen Manager and GM
• Be a pro-active member of the kitchen team
• Managing stock and wastage
• Maintaining Health and Hygiene procedures set by the company’s standard
• Excellent communication skills
